PSD matrices with bounded factor width and locally PSD matrices
【Abstract】
In this talk we will present two cones of matrices, dual to each other, that have recently been the focus of some interest: the cone of PSD matrices with bounded factor width and the cone of locally PSD matrices.
We will give a brief overview of the known theory and recent results, as well as two examples of applications: one to polynomial optimization and the other to completely positive programming.
