Reproduction and Permissions
Authors of AISM Papers
Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to transfer their copyright to the Institute of Statistical Mathematics. The authors, however, reserve the right to use all or part of the article in future works of their own. Prior permission is not required as long as they give credit by citing the original source.
The authors are allowed to post an author-created version of the article on their personal website or on the website of their institutions, provided they include a link to the journal at https://www.ism.ac.jp/editsec/aism/ .
Permission Requests of Third Parties
Requests to reproduce material from AISM should be sent via e-mail or postal mail.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- The title, author(s), volume and page extent of the article you wish to republish. When you wish to use a part of the article, such as tables or figures, detailed information should be included.
- (Use in a Journal) The journal title, volume and year of publication in which the article will be reproduced.
(Use in a Book) The title, editor(s)/author(s), publication date and publisher in which the article will be reproduced. - Contact details
