ArrayCluster
Welcome to the ArrayCluster's website !
The ArrayCluster is a freely available software to perform the mixed factors
analysis of microarray gene expression data. The mixed factors analysis
that we originally proposed in Yoshida et al. (2004) provides us an integrated analytic tool for clustering DNA microarray experiments
on the basis of more than several thousands genes, a data compression system
and an automatic detector of module transcriptional genes that are relevant
to the calibrated clusters (molecular subtypes).
This site provides installation and a more detailed description of the
ArrayCluster. An brief introduction of the mixed factors analysis and some
technical guides (online manual) are also provided. Current version 1.0
is executable for Windows only.
