Software Description and Availability
ArrayCluster runs on a web-browsing software, Lunascape (Lunascape co ltd.), that
offers us a simply-workable environment. The current version (ArrayCluster 1.0, updated August 2005) is exactable
for Windows 98/NT/2000/XP.
We are now proceeding to extend the exactable platforms.
The current version (ArrayCluster 1.0) can perform (1) normalization of
microarray data, (2) gene selection (3) the mixed factors factors analysis
and can graphically browse result of clustering and other outputs. The
source codes are written by FORTRAN language (R.Yoshida).
ArrayCluster and the source codes can be used free of charge.
In this regard, however, if you use the ArrayCluster in your research,
please do cite the following papers and let us know it.
